Strickland Exhibition Raffle 2022

Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
Raffle ticket sales will commence on 9.00AM 19 September 2021 and conclude on 12.00PM Thursday 9 December Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Tickets are $5.00 each or three for $10.00 purchased through TryBooking.
Complimentary tickets have no value.
No refunds.
Entrants need not be present to win.
Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
The draw for the winners will take place on Thursday 9 December between 6.00PM and 7.00PM at Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd office, Wyoming, NSW, Australia. The draw will be filmed on Facebook Live at Leslie Photography - Australia.
The legal age for purchasing raffle tickets is 18. If the winners are under the age of 18 years the prizes will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
In the draw for the winners, the major prize will be drawn first and the other prizes drawn in descending order of the prize number and value.
All winners will be notified by email within 1 day of the winners being drawn, and the winner’s details will be published on the Leslie Photography website by 5.00PM 10 December 2021. A list of all prizes and winners will be displayed.
Prize values are the recommended retail value and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd trading as Leslie Photography shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd trading as Leslie Photography will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners and deliver the prizes.
If prizes are not claimed within 24 hours, a second chance draw will be held with purchased ticket holders only.
There is no conflict of interest in the winner as Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd trading as Leslie Photography know most people who have purchased a ticket or claimed a complimentary ticket through a promotion.
Delivery of prizes includes Greater Sydney region and Newcastle. Winners outside these areas will need to make arrangements for the delivery of their prize.
By entering the raffle you will allow Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd trading as Leslie Photography to contact you about news, events and general information in relation to the organisation. You may unsubscribe from the Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd trading as Leslie Photography mailing list at any time. Unsubscribing will be regarded as withdrawing from the raffle and your entry will be removed unless you have purchased your ticket.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd trading as Leslie Photography reserves the right to cancel the raffle if less than 100 tickets are sold or provided complimentary. Refunds will be provided for any purchased tickets only.
Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd trading as Leslie Photography maintains copyright on all images and is free to use the winners images in all their promotional and portfolio work and competitions and all other uses without penalty or payment of royalties or further correspondence being entered into.
Prizes cannot be resold.
Unwanted prizes can be returned to Leslie Group of Services Pty Ltd trading as Leslie Photography.
There are no warranties for prizes.
